Return & Exchanges

All orders are carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. Please note that we are only able to provide refunds in limited circumstances. 

 

For items damaged during transit, please send an email to hello@fineandsassy.com as soon as reasonable upon receipt of item. Please take picture of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID. we will exchange your item for a new one ASAP. Unfortunately we could not accept returns for cosmetic damages (i.e. damaged boxes etc).

 

In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit. We do not provide credit card or cash refund. Store credit for exchanges are valid for 3 months upon issuance. Exchanges will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.

 

Should you receive the wrong product, kindly inform us immediately. Please do not break the packaging seal, as we could not accept any returns if the seal is broken. All cost of return will be reimbursed by Fine and Sassy.

 

Please don’t throw away your damaged/defective items. We may ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense), or we’ll ask you to dispose of the items appropriately. Please do not discard the package, inclusive of all external and internal content that came with the package, which may include consignment note, flyers, bubble wrap, product cover & packaging, product casing, product content, promotional materials / vouchers etc.

 

Kindly note that Fine and Sassy reserves the right to refuse any damage claim for refund if the items have been tampered with.

 

Please note that cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.

Product Exchange


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we will gladly exchange it for another products or store credit. Kindly note that we could not accept exchanges if the product seal is broken.

 

Kindly contact us to arrange for an exchange/ refund claim.

 

All correspondence may take up to 3 business days and we will send you confirmation upon receipt of your item. Fine and Sassy reserves the right to alter this policy at any time without affecting your statutory rights.
