3. How long does delivery take?

Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days. International will take 3-5 working days.


4. How long is the Courier Delivery Time?

We ship to Malaysia and ASEAN countries currently served by Pos Malaysia.
Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 working days;

Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan and ASEAN countries: 3-5 working days;
International: Varies according to destination.


5. How long is the International Shipping time?
Shipping to other international destinations is charged based on shipping weight and dimension, and the cost will generally be less than RM100. Kindly contact us for a more precise quotation.


6. Courier of international

We ship all orders globally via DHL. To check if we ship to your country, kindly check from DHL. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.


7. Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Paid orders made before 12pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next working day.


8. Which address should I ship my order to?

For Malaysia, If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like PosLaju operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays.
If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office to you or sent back to us.


9. Are items in my cart reserved for me?

Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout.


10. What if the item received is damage/ faulty?

We check all products prior to shipping. For items damaged during transit, please send an email to  as soon as reasonable upon receipt of product .

Please take picture of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID. we will exchange your item for a new one ASAP. Unfortunately we could not accept returns for cosmetic damages (i.e. damaged boxes etc).

In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit. We do not provide credit card or cash refund. Store credit for exchanges are valid for 3 months upon issuance. Exchanges will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.


11. What if my ordered is out of stock

We shall notify you at the earliest opportunity for a refund or replacement if the item ordered is out of stock.


12. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.


13. How is Import Tax and Duties?
Unfortunately we are unable to individually assess import taxes for each countries and hence any import taxes and/ or duties incurred during the importation process for overseas order are the responsibility of the customer.

For ASEAN customers, we will provide notification notes alongside your orders to ease custom clearance. All our products are approved by the Malaysian regulatory agency and it will be mutually recognised within ASESAN agencies.


14. How do I get my receipt?

As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.


15. How can I get the seasonal items again?

We have healthy routine to re-stock to ensure that our items are “freshly made” from the manufacturer, therefore our stocks are limited but offer at the fair price.
